Three New Updates to Improve Your GraphicsFlow Experience

Bottom Line Up Front: We’ve made three new updates to GraphicsFlow to maximize your experience with the platform. Find out how you can access new file formats, add collaborators faster, and make it easier for your customers and collaborators to comment on art approvals.

We’ve got some exciting news here at GraphicsFlow HQ for you! We recently made three critical updates to make it easier for you and your customers to use the platform. Thanks to these new updates, you’ll get more time back for creating designs and printing customer merch.

Here’s what we’ve updated:

  1. Expanded File Formats
In the My Art Workspace, we’ve expanded the range of file formats you can access. In addition to graphics files, you can access other common file formats like ZIP, PDF, and DOC files that customers send you. So, for example, if a corporate client sends you a Word doc with corporate branding guidelines for colors and fonts, you can easily store that file alongside artwork and design files. Hence, everyone on your team sees the information. Each file is denoted with an icon, too, so you’ll be able to tell them apart.

My Art Workspace is a great place to create folders and subfolders, as well as upload, organize, and download all the graphic files you’re working on, whether they’re customer-supplied or designs you created. Now, you’ve got the added benefit of pairing those designs with other corresponding documents.
  2. Easily Add Collaborators
We’ve made it easier to add collaborators when you’re sending approvals in the Art Approvals section. When you type in the email address of a collaborator who’s previously been added to projects, that name now auto-populates in the recipient field. This feature makes the process of adding prior collaborators to recurring orders simpler. Plus, it keeps your collaborators’ emails organized.
  3. Add Comments
Previously the Add Comments portion of art approvals had a small gray icon that users could click on to add a comment. Now, we’ve made it more visible for customers by changing that comment button to blue and adding text that says “Add Comment.” This helps avoid any confusion when your collaborators or customers get an approval and want to send you feedback.

We’ve got a lot more planned for GraphicsFlow in 2022, so make sure you keep an eye out for more updates. There are more features, enhancements, and workspaces coming soon!
